Jérémy Griffaud is a French artist who explores the question of the spectator in hybrid realities, blending the virtual and the real. Using scanned watercolors, video game engines, virtual reality headsets and monumental projections, he creates immersive, interactive environments. In his installations Enlarge Yourself and The Garden, visitors become performers, and the activation of the work depends on their involvement. He has enjoyed residencies in Norway, Poland and Malaysia.

Moritz Wehrmann
Moritz Wehrmann is a German media artist. His research work is conceptual, questioning the medium and its perception. He has worked at the IKKM (International College for Cultural Research and Media Philosophy) and lectures at BU-Weimar and HU-Berlin. He has developed a long-term collaborative project with neurophysiologist Alain Berthoz (Prof. at Collège de France). He has taken part in numerous exhibitions, including Ars Electronica.

Boris Labbé is a French artist and animation film director. Based on his drawing activity, his work is characterized by hybridization, combining the use of digital moving image techniques with those specific to animated film. His “expanded cinema” videos, destined for movie theaters or taking the form of installations, tend to break out of the spatio-temporal framework imposed by classical cinema. His work has been awarded in the most prestigious festivals such as Critic’s Week, Annecy Animation FilmFestival, Animafest Zagreb.

Plastic artists based in Lyon, Grégory and Anaïs like twisting various technologies to create contemporary artworks. They develop the notion of interactivity, according which the artwork exists and evolutionate thanks to the participants’ corporal and social behaviors. They create astonishing hybridizations between technologies and living or natural elements.
Their works are exhibited in numerous museums, centres for contemporary art and digital art centres around the world, among which Biennial International of Contemporary Art of Seville (Spain), Biennial Experimenta (Australia), NAMOC / National Art Museum of China (Beijing).

Raphaël Isdant
Raphaël Isdant is an artist, teacher and designer of interactive experiences.
In his work, he explores the fragilities of our time linked to the instabilities of digital technology. His practice makes emerge the sensitive territories of the apparent world with that more obscure of the networks. He realized a device to photograph the ghosts of extinct animals according to the red list of the IUCN, a digital heart beating to the rhythm of the seismic activity, an avatar in search of an identity on facebook, a virtual platform linking the children bubbles of the hospitals, or an oracle on the human relations from twitter.
Since 2009, he teaches interactive scripting at the digital pole of the Beaux Arts de Paris and regularly gives workshops in France (UPJV, ECV, EPSAA, EUR ArTec…) and in Asia (SouthEast University at Nanjing in China, University Kun Shan and Shih Chien in Taiwan…).
With the creative studio Active Creative Design, he creates innovative scenographic devices, confronting design and new technologies for museums (Cité des sciences, Palais de la découverte, musée de l’homme…).

Anna Pompermaier
Anna Pompermaier (IT, 1991) is a practicing architect, engineer, artist, independent researcher and lecturer at the Institute for Experimental Architecture ./studio3 of Innsbruck University.
In her works, she investigates the influences of immersive technologies on our everyday experiences and interpersonal interactions in the upcoming livable domains. Her designs and immersive hybrid environments are present simultaneously in the virtual and actual, exploring multi-layered materialities, hybrid assemblages, and new relationships between humans and non-humans following the posthuman and new materialism theories.
