Standing at the intersection of art and technology, the lab develops artworks and experimental projects exploring virtual, augmented, and mixed realities, alongside interactivity, live arts, and video games. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns alignwide are-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-7387b849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-contrast-color has-text-color has-link-color has-hwt-mardell-font-family wp-elements-3 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:20px\">Recto VRso<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-hwt-mardell-font-family wp-elements-4 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:20px\"><strong>About the Project <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-contrast-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5\">Latent Echoes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Latent Echoes is an interactive installation that invites visitors to dance in front of a large screen, where their movements are captured and mirrored in real time by an AI-generated digital double.<br\/>At first, the avatar faithfully duplicates the dancer\u2019s body language. Gradually, it begins to improvise and forge its own gestures, asserting a sense of autonomy. The work explores the evolving relationship between humans and artificial intelligence\u2014reimagined here as a dance partner\u2014while questioning our perception of self-image, chance, and instruction-free interaction.
